Ningbo Jiesheng Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2001. With its predecessor being Ningbo Xiapu Xinsheng Mold Factory, initially, it was a specialized mold factory engaged in the design and manufacture of die-casting molds, plastic molds, and stamping molds. As the business grew, in 2006, Xinsheng Mold Factory established a stamping workshop and a machining workshop, focusing on the production and manufacturing of automotive stamping parts and automotive machining parts.
ISO 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Certifications
In 2010, we founded Ningbo Kaiminsheng Machinery Co., Ltd, entering the automotive driving shaft component industry. With the continuous expansion of our business, we have gradually developed into a high-end manufacturer in the automotive driving shaft industry and obtained certifications such as the ISO 16949 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health Management System. At the same time, we were awarded the Level 3 Safety Production Standardization Enterprise Certificate and the High-tech Enterprise Certificate. Our clients include major domestic independent automotive brands and large foreign drivetrain shaft factories, as well as Fortune 500 automotive parts companies. In 2012, Ningbo Xiapu Xinsheng Mold Factory was renamed Ningbo Dingkai Machinery Co., Ltd, specializing in the production of stamping and welding parts for automotive seats and chassis components. Our main customers include Fortune 500 companies such as Marelli, Maana, Tesla, and well-known domestic auto parts factories. In 2017, we established the ergonomics division, specifically providing OEM services for TV brackets and monitor stands for Loctek.
Exporting to the United States, Europe, and Asia
The company has a professional technical and R&D team, consisting of 25 R&D engineers, 20 QA staff, and 130 workers. The factory covers an area of around 27,000m² and supports OEM and ODM projects. Our main products include monitor arms of various specifications, artistic TV floor stands, mobile TV carts, full-motion TV wall mounts, height-adjustable standing desks, laptop desks, and motorized height-adjustable desk frames. These products are primarily sold to markets in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
